There is an article in "The Bull" this morning which says that COPD is the third highest cause of death worldwide. Only stroke and heart disease are above it. Cancer does not appear in the first ten. IVX appears to have an important treatment for COPD which should become the standard of care for this condition. Results in our "smoking " trial are imminent. This trial will also show if we can shift the markers of inflammation in the lung. Ultimately this is much more important for Nadilol than smoking cessation, highly profitable as this one indication may be. Yet there is very much greater interest in myriad trials for cancer drugs than for Nadilol. Am I missing something?
