Using Buffets Mr Market analogy badly there Hell... Mr Market can be overly optimistic, he can also be overly pessimistic.... neither have a direct reflection on the current state of a business at an intrinsic level... hence "the market can remain irrational longer than you can stay sober".
Yes we have lots of space on our tenements... none of which that we have permission to perform mining are sterile.
