Ive been ignoring the day to day SP last week and a bit, makes no difference to me whether this stock is 23c or 26c. Its either going to be in $$$$ or 10c (liquidity desk products) when all is said and done!
Anyway lets imagine that due to JV partner connections, first mover advantage and benefits of the product, DCC manages to get just 10% of the South American remittance market and no where else in the world.
So $84 Billion market x 10% = $8.4B
DCC Fee = 1% x $8.4B = $84M
P/E Ratio of 20 to take into account growth potential.
Market Cap: $1.6B
i think thats about 40 X current market cap.
