I applaud your effort to quantify, but the lack pfprofitability and low sales from the tech division during westminster trials tells us that this will not be run for profit in the medium term. It is a land grab as mentioned with the sensors seemingly installed at cost, and the plan being to make a growing annuity from maintenance and services.
Also i read about a year ago that ongoing fees are about 2-3 bucks a month per sensor. Presumably software and CRM sales on top.
We have a good chance of sitting on a multi bagger, but it will be a 5 year project i think, before reasonable profits follow. That is why the company plays it cool i think.
