this will be to sophisticated investors only imo and the reason (reading between the lines), they needed to ger the equity component away quickly, without strings attached inorder to get the finance package away. ie....yes we will fund it as long as you put in X. Well the X will now be in. Hence my comment to follow up announcements.

I read the previous few announcements and can't beleive I didn't see it sooner. As this gets closer to production, the sp will lift however I think we will see a biggish re-rating once the suspension is lifted. Again, all IMO.
