All good figjam, call me old fashionedbut a young avatar together with statements like "puffed up bunch of old loyal shareholders" kind of leaves one with the impression of youth, just shows you how wrong one can be with the written word and chat forums. Like me, am I male or female? shareholder or not? young or old? who knows? very hard to judge these things on chat forums which highlights some real problems of pinpointing realities or truths ...( no let's not get into definitions of either, you know where that can lead)
As someone with 'a little legal background' should know, to try and 'substantiate' anything would, as you rightly put, be best left to the courts. In fact this whole situation is quite extraordinary as avatars real names have been bandied around in a public chat forum... If we are not careful we'll end up having a trial by HC which of course would never do. This will be my last comment on this matter, even to enjoy friendly banter with you FJ.
