no its not, the encryption standards are open and public, the wold has them and no one has been able to crack them.
it doesnt matter if you can read the software or not, Your password is turned into a hash, this is a formula that can not be reversed.. so having the code / formula doesnt help you.
that hash string is then used to encrypt your AES key which is written to disk. this key is used to encrypt your data.
the only way you can decrupt your data is with that AES key. The only way you can get that key is with your hash which is generated when you type your password.
it is impossible to decrypt, it doesnt matter if you know the source code or the formulas.
