I wouldn't say that at all @Adriano1 . There were a few questions and clarity needed from today's announcement. Everyone (investor or not), is entitled to contact the company, or Brad, hence why they list the contact details.

Everything said in Brad's voice message was more or less just reiterating any previous news, and further clarifying/explaining points from today's announcement.

I am sure if you asked Brad, he would be more than happy that his responses have answered the same queries many others had. It has probably negated the need for others to contact Brad, as such saving him having to reply with the same response multiple times!
