re: no legal recourse for caz get over the emotional bs circulating.
Rio had every intention to renew... they filled in and sent their forms.
their courier was to blame for getting it by the deadline.
it wouldn't be equitable for Caz to get the lease seeing as Rio expressly intended to renew.
so thats the short and curly of it... get over it.. .get out of Caz, and make some money elsewhere like MAE or ARU.
