Have I just stepped through a looking glass, or did ARU just build a factory. While I applaud their efforts to refine the planning process, I question whether a new draft is really market sensitive? I'm sure GBG and LYC were pretty chuffed at their projected costs at this stage in the process. Trouble is, it took rather a long time , and cost a little bit more than they estimated to get there. In fact I think they're both still working on it.

A more honest announcement might have been "Hey guys, we've made another guesstimate, and we like it even better than the last one"!

I'm not knocking the project, just the style of the announcement.
