Japan is also in the same boat.
They have had zero rates for as long as i can remember.
Will be interesting to see how this plays out.
Fin Review article today about how people should walk into a mortgage with the expectation to have rates at 7%... because these low rates are only temporary... what a joke.
AU will not see 7% rates for a very long time.
There is only way way our rates are heading... down.
