I think everyone is waiting for the pilot products at this stage, and whether TLG can achieve what it claims the low cost low price. The deal could be secured as soon as the pilot plant gets into production.
Besides the demand of graphene atm is not huge due to mostly are lab scale usage. So the deal should not be in rush in the case both parties cannot fulfill their agreements.
