If anything was in the forecast, it was the meeting of guidance range.
The dividend wasn't. I think most sensible people expected a reduction, but not an elimination.
They get some brownie points for taking decisive action - problem is they needed to, and probably six months earlier with the div.
With no yield support, $1 not impossible.
