Am I missing something - 28,000 is a very, very big miss is it not?

My Q to this. Is it "mainly" due to wet weather impacting recovery OR "other things"? Why would we trust them to deliver a WONDER 2ND HALF then? Are you kidding me?!? I'm bamboozled
