Just depends if there is a broker hiding off screen who wants to sell at .13c end of the day they can pretty much do what they want but if you put 'at limit' order in at 12.5c and there's 500k for sale at 12.5 it will go threw straight away at 12.5c those brokers mate they do anything to get that extra piece of the pie
