1,200,000,000 have been purchased 1.3 or higher. 800,000,000 have been purchased at 1.5 or higher. make your own assumptions on it but one piece of solid news will put those 800,000,000 well in the money. the stock is being accumulated massively at higher prices than 1.3. placement sellers will be exhausted very shortly.
