i think the quasar claim (in court) relating to quantity was something to do with signing term contracts. something about needing a 2 mlb stockpile before anyone will pick the phone. seems a little unrealistic.

i think quantities as low as 100,000 lbs can be easily sold on the spot market. last week a u.s. utility was evaluating offers for a 100,000 lb purchase in conjunction with reviews of term uranium offers.
