Yep - we did something about it - after all the scaremongering about global warming. Desal plants all around costing billions, carbon tax ruining the economy, etc., all to no avail. How presumptuous is it, of all these 'egg heads', that assume that we humans can control the dynamics of 'the planet' and its interaction with the sun. Note: I say 'the planet' not 'our planet'; as it is not owned by us!
