Can't say i'm surprised by this announcement. Company has been silent for way too long with little money in the bank to fund all the work they are doing to progress 2 key products to market this year!
Have a feeling this won't be a straight forward CR as such....
They use the words fundraising rather than CR in the announcement.
May actually be an equity in the company agreement etc.....
They will need to raise a considerable amount i would imagine to fund production costs etc...
Just my thoughts, lets see what next week brings!
