Bigger fish will typically swallow smaller fish unless the smaller fish have the smarts to thwart them...
...and if the latter is the case, both simply cohabitate.
The middle eastern fish traditionally has no smarts. Instead of getting on with life, they have historically been infatuated with playing the blame and warring game.
Karma catches up.
