Seems to me the Company is seeking funds to stay afloat.

If it does find one how is it going to fund it?
The optimism in the announcement is based on ????
I regret to say it but all this Company appears to have found so far is ?dust and announcements that something might happen don't fill me with any confidence given the Company's track record.
The only optimistic note is that someone has been persuaded to invest $106,000!
