Is ceto 6 going to be commercial?

What i think is going on with the unit is that it only produces at a commercial rate when the weather permits. So when conditions are still the units aren't producing much at all. So maybe 20% of the time it produces at commercial rate. If they are to deploy in a suitable location cwe still need a 2 to 3 month window of good conditions to deploy. Cwe need to get better at deployment in harsher conditions, cwe still have a long way to go all IMO.
