dude i don't think you have thought this through.
firstly, going from memory all but one of the tenements surrounding the honeymoon plant have been released. it's no longer about the resource. it's about the fully permitted mill in it's current location or the facilities which could be made use of up at beverley.
secondly, there was that agm chatter a couple of years ago that honeymoon was for sale.
thirdly, the processing plant is costing rosatom money just sitting there under care and maintenance.
fourthly, there has been plenty of other transformational deals that have been done in the uranium space over recent years including sales of processing plants e.g. shootaring canyon processing plant in utah.
fifthly, rosatom could handball the decommissioning and rehabilitation responsibilities over to quasar and therefore it could be sold on the very cheap.
sixthly, honeymoon in relative terms is just down the road from beverley.
i think this could be a win/win deal if quasar was to acquire honeymoon.
maybe quasar may need to change their outlook and start accepting that alliance resources maybe here to stay.
if alliance ends up with control over the destiny of our uranium then everything changes. the game changer could be as close as days away.
