    Hmmmm makes You wonder could ECT purchase Mercrus for under $1 million dollars... Say $750k ....
    Or could NLC purchase Mercrus with large Exploration tenements and Run Coldry- CEA plants? Or Coldry - Ignite Cat-HR plants? Lots of possibilities.
    I don't think ECT wants to own and run Coal mines? Or could it do that through a Subsidiary company called Mercrus. Could always rebadge it NLC Mercrus Ltd?
    Or rebadge it NLC-CEA-Mercrus?

    All just thinking Out loud and only esoteric possibilities.
