Well we've got some talent on the board. John Fitzgerald also sits on the board of NST. I've been in and out of NST for years. In that time they've grown a small gold producer to Australia's 2nd largest producer with a MC of over $1.3B with zero debt. Free cash flow of over $200m p/a. Quite a success story.
Hopefully he's able to apply some of the lessons learnt this venture.
