These are my personal notes from Brad Boyles UK presentation last night 5th June 2015.
I don’t represent the company Triton Minerals in any way.
There were probably around 70+ individuals in the room including Alan Jenks and Brad Boyle representing Triton.
I took notes as things were said and not post the presentation.
Take my notes as my own words and interpretation.
Should you want to verify or question anything below I strongly suggest contacting Triton Minerals directly as any diligent individual and/or group would be expected to.
This is all in my own personal opinion and many quotes will be hypothetical/potential in nature.
- Triton have an RC Rig and Diamond drill Rig finishing off at Nicanda as we speak and straight onto Ancuabe.
- Roads have been created on Nicanda Hill itself
- 1st approx 5 years of Nicanda Mining will literally be stripping out the side of the Hills at a strip ration less than 1:1
- The Initial Nicanda Pit looks to be potentially widened up North where the weathered mineralisation has a true width around 1.5Km
- The blast zone identified in the Nicanda model would only be potentially necessary post 15-20 years production when deeper mined ore may be found to be harder/more compacted.
- Nicanda Hill seems perfectly aligned for Spherical Battery Grade use based on general information.
- A complaint has been made to ASIC & ASX reference a misleading statement about another company claiming to have the “Largest Graphite Project”
- Triton have 2 buyers lined up for Vanadium
- Brad and Alan have met with 2 large instos in London on Thursday.
- One group who they met in London are looking to potentially fund the project.
- They also met in London with a potential new board member.
- SQZG offer of Finance was the sweetener to get the Graphite and the extension is UPTO 6 months and not for 6 months.
- Brad won’t be waiting around and will be heading to SQZG in July to ask them if they are playing.
- Meeting 3 Large Institutions in New York
- Chris Catlow approached Triton because of the strength of the Project.
- The dfs will look into Ton’s own dock at Pemba as an option.
- A Tanzanian company has approached YXGC to offer them feedstock.
- Yxgc receive raw ore from Triton and took only 6 hours for them to ring up and say they want it, lets talk.
- YXGC are the only company in the world to make foil thinner than 1mm and it sells for $500,000 a tonne.
- Chinese are intending to mandate graphite in insulative material and are looking to increase on the suggested 10% graphite content.
- At the YXGC current factories the buyers will literally stand around during production to protect their orders incase others go after their products they have ordered. Brad has seen this first hand.
- Apple and Samsung use YXGC products.
- The average yearly concentrate output once ramped up will be around 150Kt to YXGC for offtake alone.
- Brad met with GK/AMG a few days ago. The next few days/weeks could see their strategic relationship progressing/crystallising
- AMG showing interest in Vanadium also as they already deal in it (said with a big grin)
- GK opens up Global Clients. Their plant in Germany has the absolute latest technology.
- GK manufacture Spherical Graphite and Coat it also.
- Gk are currently researching many Battery technologies.
- Triton will be drilling Ancuabe in around 7-10 days
- Even an initial Ancuabe resource say 400m x 200m x 75m would get them a reserve to start production.
- The existing Ancuabe plant capacity could simply be upgraded to 4x current output and also could be the pilot plant.
- If GK play together with us Triton could be in Production from Ancuabe this year!! And sell concentrate immediately to YXGC!! The next few weeks could be interesting on this front.
- Tritons aim/goal is to make money!
- Brad in Moz next week meeting Mining minister & others officials who are extremely pleased with their projects and developments in Mozambique.
I had a quick one to one with Brad late on after the presentation and I am personally very pleased on all the areas he is covering and progressing.
Ill probably have more to add when I get a little more time, just thought I'd get some key focus point posted up.
Cheers
Pauldola.
