I think it's just for the interim for when the new chinese JV comes into play and Triton hasn't started mining. They need graphite from somewhere for their orders. The best thing of course is that they can't buy from Tranzania as stated in their Offtake but Triton can. Just until they are producing themselves. This JV is worth $200,000,000 per year and will be ready much earlier than TON will be. May as well make money as soon as possible.
