Good point marty. However, I believe potential JV partners (esp. those who had been in the proppant manufacturing game before) may have more technical experience to contribute in overcoming teething problems of scale-up production if they are serious. The high cost saving and superior quality of LWP proppant is the trump card atm. I am sure the German engineers have their formula for the pilot plant but as you clearly pointed out, we cannot be really rested in the risk factor until we see the actual little thing dropping out at the other end of the line. LOL. Lets wait and see.
