with regards to factories, yes the Chinese have superb abilities to work to timelines for both building and commissioning so its very exciting to know that such rapid work will fast forwarding matters immensely.

I wonder if the similar or smaller plant version would be built and commissioned the same way in Pemba too should further news of our strategic partners deliver favourable information towards this, with regards to both permits and possible finance, as to me that simply borders on bliss
