re: no news and SUR, LKO & VPE would also be in a trading halt if it was relating to Eagle, obviously...so that possibility was never one...
If it is a placement you would assume it would be for Africa as they have only recently raised funds through Patersons. Only other possibility I can think of is an aqusition as they were in the advanced stages of one at last report.
