You have been cheer leading this deal now for a couple of days, insinuating that you are the only one who has read the proposal and therefore understands it is great. The problem with the deal is the structure and you have completely ignored every request to explain how it adds value for the shareholder. Your main argument appears to be that the board have done nothing to date so better to just take the deal. I actually agree with you that there are limited options and am also now very wary of this board, however as shareholders we must fight for a deal that actually returns funds to us. I and I think many on here understand that we are not in a position where we will be inundated with high dollar offers, however to me a No vote is the obvious way to go and try and get a better structured deal from Todd who obviously believe they can make money. In my opinion our Directors have either been blindsided by Todd or they have actually helped set up this structure because it would sound extremely good to them. And I think thats why people are questioning your affiliations, because your arguments do not appear to come from a shareholders perspective.
