This whole thread seems to have descended into a pick on @Katoom session. I think he has made many interesting points which are worthy of consideration. The use of drones may be a long way off for the USA market but it remains a future possibility. Technology, legislation and regulations change, let's hope NEA is around to weather those changes. The mention of India may seem far-fetched but that country has undergone massive changes in recent years. Who knows. Perhaps the combination of nearmap and drones will be a winner in that environment.
Everyone has vested interests here whether as a buyer, a holder or a seller . No need to question their motives. Let's just read and respond objectively.
