@Specwarop , I actually claimed my course fee as a complete deduction as it was directly related to my work. I also claimed all the expenses related to studying he course.
The situation you are talking about raises questions like company is indirectly paying for the tuition fee? Is the course going to add any value to improve on productivity? Is it directly related to the job? Etc... There are few things like this to account for.
