Jeez Nammuldi, I might have been sitting right next to you at the AGM and not even known it, how about that....
My recollection of the AGM was that the Chairman said they thought they could tap shareholders for $15 to $20M and might need to go to SIs for the rest. .... this would suggest a rights issue and placement.
or perhaps you nodded off during that part of the AGM?
