Interesting state of flux we are in!
We have seen single opening bids into 10c followed by very little action.
IMO these bids are from CR recipient hoping to encourage a decent buy stack to sell into.
One thing that bodes well for sp, however, is that they are patient and could possibly last all the way to the next round of anns..
