2.) P2P Lending
3.) Smart Contracts
As we know 1.) turned out to be AirPocket. 2.) speaks for itself and most probably most relevant to individuals who do not have access to banks currently 3. is what he seemed most excited about and said it is the "the true blue sky and holy grail of where digital currencies are heading"
From the presentation it seems 3.) is the transfer of assets between one person to another without an intermediary, frictionless and without a third party i.e lawyer and disputes etc. So in the same way that allows AirPocket to send money without a third party...
