There have been suggestions that they might give us back either 30% or 70% of the 10mill. However, nothing is in writing.
IMO there was no need for a phone poll as the SH presentations would have shown FMS were the majority of SH's that rolled out sit.
On the other hand, FMS now have a "save face" option to pull the deal due to overwhelming dissatisfaction fro SH and also due to the fact that they were kept in the dark from Todd (apparently) as to the Rutila and offtake agreements. This is hopefully why they pressed ahead with the poll. Otherwise, what another waste of money.
