re: $14 Lets not get to far ahead $42.00. As pointed out by AMP CEO the amount of shares on issue now is plenty more than IPO. If you took it back to that number of shares then AMP is currently valued at $23 ish. $14.00 I think is in the wind $42 may be a way off.
