Minimum of 5 million. I guess cap raising price at circa 10c = 50,000,000 shares to issue. That's dilutionary and I would expect the market to see it this way. On the plus side, the market cap of Nxr will double as it takes 100% of WBT. The market will factor that in as well I guess. It will be interesting to see which way this goes. My opinion only of course.
