Exalt Resources (ASX:ERD) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending details of a substantial acquisition.
Recently the company said that it was actively evaluating several potential investments.
The halt will last until the earlier of an announcement to be made on Friday 12th June 2015, or when an update is made to the market.
