Seems an agreement may have been reach but no OEG announcement so it may not be fully "signed off".
Also not sure how reliable this news report is.
The USD7.2m claim = ~AUD9.2m or approx $0.05 per share. Looks like good upside from here if such a deal does materialise real cashflow. Just my view!
