2) We have technology yet to be released to the market due to its sensitivity to what i would call to "protect its window of opportunity" in the marketplace once launched.
3)To enable immediate market penetration once launched


Why on earth would shareholders agree to a convertible note at .001 which would literally destroy shareholder wealth - i cannot imagine this will happen at all and we are more likely to get an angel investor put a million bucks on the table at 1c to protect share price erosion - IT MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL !!

I reckon the convertible note will get wavered - there is absolutely nil upside !
