Will this year see Blue reward s'hldrs?

CSG I'd expect s/be one of the bright spots for small cap. stocks:
IMO-I expect the following re some of the positives:
- East coast gas looks to have a pending supply challenge
- The world is moving to cleaner energies
- Blue acreages are adjacent to supply lines
- Likely majors  with CSG Trains will need well positioned extra supply

Questions:
Just how far down will the SP go before we see some concrete negotiations to unlock Blues real market value?
Will Blue need more cash to sustain itself OR are we really getting close to seeing some positive initiatives bear fruit?

Appears today's SP low is in the pessimists hands?
