Having suffered a life changing loss I wonder if one should buy back a few shares. However I can't see any good reasons for doing so.
1) CE mark and FDA approval are at least two years away.
2) How is this going to be financed ? Issue of 500 mill shares at 3 c ? Dilution to hell.
Alan Gray or some Company won't.
3) We couldn't find a partner a few years ago when shares were at 50c and CE mark looked imminent so who
would want us now.
4) Takeover ? Highly unlikely partly due to the complex arrangement with QUT.
5) All pharmaceutical companies monitor closely what developments are taking place. If Vitrogro is really that good I am sure competitors could produce a similar compound. Oops, sorry I mean device.
So what good news could we expect.?
