Their strategy is to put a wall at 28 cents, scare people not to buy. Hopefully make some people to sell. Then they put small + hidden buy order at 27 or 27.5 cents to capture the sells. I think the manipulator is covering their position at 27 or 27.5 cents.
They used the same strategy in TSX today. However, the massive bids overrun them and they become defensive. This is the reversal time.
