Mkt likes that ACCC are investigating the TO of iiNet in regards to the effect on broadband pricing/competition to consumers. Indicates mkt hopes/feels the TO was priced too high and won't go through. My guess is the TO will be allowed and TPM will regret swallowing such a big fish.

But it confirms my original post that ACCC will not allow any of the big 3 to merge which shows that Optus CEO is dreaming of a 2 player situation.
