re: rakia /blokes Yeah mate - I've had the same happen - and the same argument. They are making a bl00dy fortune out of me as a platinum trader - some transactions giving them brokerage of $80plus - so I try not to push too far too hard, as I don't like the shut out day, and they are slowish to respond if that happens - even if I do a quick direct debit to cover it.
Believe I've learnt how far I can go now - and 1 or 2 days over the T3 is OK!!!!
You'd be in the sh!t if for example you'd bought OPC on Friday before the Trading Halt - and were going to sell same or next day without settling - but in that case, you just have to pay up.
Anyway - seems we've worked them out - and WME is a long term winner, so I don't have to worry about selling!!!!
I'm really expecting to make a years income in the next 2-3 months- as so much is happening right now that is very exciting.
Do you have a position in YGL too? Looking like an excellent play in progress.
