If I understand correctly your concern is based on the interest that the AirAgents are missing out on?
Below is probably an unrealistic example but will help me try to explain the possible scenario.
AirAgent-2 has $10,000 USD in his AirPocket account because he has processed $1M USD and skimmed 1%. A year later he wishes to withdraw that $10,000 USD... But because it was sitting in a bank earning interest at 2.5% (or whatever that banks interest rate is) he should be getting $10,250 not $10,000...fair point.
DCC is seeking to commercial partnerships with banks as outlined in this announcement http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20150512/pdf/42yhwswjz7nbfn.pdf
I would be surprised if they haven't addressed the concern and that when AirAgents withdraw their money from their account via cheque, direct deposit, vouchers or whatever it will be the amount + interest incurred..?
