I would guess like most people on this forum, it came down to funding and to a lesser extent Peters personality.
2008 was not a good time globally to be seeking funding for what Peter had.
Looks like he explored other options, but he doesn't exactly strike me as a marketing guy

That doesn't validate the tech to my satisfaction either, it does however add alot of credibility to the story. This is why the stock is still at this price, not because of some HC cult - what a load of nonsense, with milestone 2 I cant see it staying under $1

I bought into the story and there is enough "proof" in my mind that it is legit, but I could be wrong.
