Non holding commentators throwing out the baby with the bathwater (pun intended) IMO.
Been in the low 1.30s before and Institutions backed the truck up. Would expect the same.
MVF got off to a bad start missing their numbers and has taken it's well deserved lumps. I'd be very surprised if they disappoint again after the kicking they got.
On the other hand VRT was overpriced to billy-oh from the start and the high expectations have caught up with them. Reading their downgrade announcement the excuses were company based not industry. But boy did the shareholders hit the exists.
Personally I think this is overdone but what can you expect?
MVF had recently did a presso to Mac Bank but they are obviously more interested in applying the VRT announcement to the industry. That sort of logic is worth about $1m a year plus bonuses if you can get on the gravy train.
